RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for refund (20% restocking fee) or store credit with a 10% restocking fee. We also do exchanges without a restocking fee but only size exchanges and it can only be done once. Sale items are final sale and can not be returned. You must request a return within 1-week (7-days) of receiving your package.

International orders cannot be returned unless we sent a damaged item or we sent the incorrect item.

Keep in mind, refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process from date of receipt. Weekends are excluded.

CANCEL AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us via email, chat, or phone the same day the order was placed and during business hours. If you send your cancellation request the next day or too late, we will charge a 20% restocking fee since the items have been pulled by that time.

If your dress falls under a special order and you cancel late, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fee which varies from the original 20%.

We accept all common credit cards, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and your standard Credit/Debit.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that will let you know your order has been shipped

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1-hour of having placed your order.

Yes - we run on Shopify just like Fashionova and other major sites.

DOES THE DRESS OUTLET HAVE A STORE

Our site thedressoutlet.com is online only. While we may open a store in the future, all of our dresses are available here on the website. Please feel free to call or send us a note with any product questions and we'll get back to you ASAP!

IS MY DRESS AVAILABLE

RESTOCK

If a dress is sold out and we do not have a listed ship date, then the item is sold out.

WHEN WILL YOU GET MORE

DRESS AVAILABILITY

Most of our dresses are in stock! To find out if your dress is available, choose the size and color you would like from the product page and you will see the availability message. It is rare, but sometimes the availability of special order dresses can change after you make your purchase. If this happens, we contact you immediately.

WHERE IS A SIZE CHART

SIZING

Every dress has a different size chart. Size charts are available on each product page on the line marked "Size". Be sure to check the size chart to get the best fit. Keep in mind you can always take a gown in if some areas are large, but you cannot let something out that is too small.
