We offer international shipping to the whole world. International shipping is available to all countries and is FREE as long as you make a minimum purchase of $99 otherwise a minimum shipping cost of $39 will apply if in Canada, and $59 will apply to the rest of the world. Taxes and duties are paid for by the receiving party. WE DO NOT REFUND TAXES DUTIES PAID OUTSIDE OUR WEBSITE FOR YOUR ORDER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We don't accept returns from international customers unless we sent a damaged item or we sent the wrong item.

If you are local to our pickup location (Los Angeles, CA) we offer curbside pickup as an option. When your order is ready, we will send you an email with instructions on what to do next. Bear in mind, this is curbside pickup only. We do not have a physical store to try on merchandise, browse, or similar. Please stay in your vehicle and someone will come down to drop off your order for you.

The Dress Outlet has integrated fraud filters to protect our customers from any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order is flagged for review by our fraud prevention system, we will request additional information before processing it. You will be contacted as soon as possible about this matter, and we ask that you contact us back immediately to verify your order and to avoid any further delays. Any order held by our fraud prevention system for verification purposes may be delayed until the necessary information is received and the confirmation process has been completed. Any shipping delays or additional upgrades caused by this verification process are the customer's responsibility.

Overnight shipping service operates with a cutoff time of 12:00 PM PDT/PST. Orders placed before this time will be shipped for delivery the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PDT/PST will be shipped the subsequent business day. Please note, no exceptions can be made to this cutoff time. Please be aware that NOT ALL ORDERS are eligible for overnight shipping. Some orders may require a few extra days to process.
